    Early Life and EducationBorn in Beirut, Lebanon, Harout Fazlian, Officier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres, is the Principal Conductor of the Lebanese Philharmonic Orchestra – LPO (formerly known as the Lebanese National Symphony Orchestra, where he assisted in its establishment).
