Pastor Wilfred Lai is the founder and general overseer  of Jesus Celebration Center (JCC) across the world.

Currently the senior Pastor of JCC Mombasa, he has pastored and raised JCC Mombasa from a humble membership of 60 people to the current position of more than ten thousand members. He has established churches in different parts of Kenya, United States of America and the United Kingdom.

He is the pioneer of television ministry in Kenya and now runs a satellite T.V. station, beaming the Gospel to the whole of Africa. Pastor Lai is a world respected conference speaker with an international ministry
